The real estate market is heating up in Cache Valley. There were nearly 100 residential homes sold last month, an increase of 30% compared with last month, and 26% compared with April of last year.
While April home sales were good, it appears that May will be even better. Right now there are 191 residential properties under contract. There hasn’t been this many pending home sales since August. In total, 661 houses are listed for sale on the MLS for Cache County right now.

While home sales are up, real estate prices are stable. The median list price of $185,000 is bout the same as it was last month and last year at this time.
Overall, the Cache County real estate market is neutral. It’s a healthy real estate market and doesn’t necessarily favor buyers or sellers.
